Service Description

Movie night includes : Igloo dome, flooring and lights, Electric heater, cinema screen, HD projector, wireless speaker, soft furnishings, floral decorations, occasion tables and seating for up to 6 people, all dressed up for extra cosiness. Furniture options cannot be guaranteed. Extra seating can be provided for an extra cost. The booked time is the latest arrival time for that day. We endeavour to do our set ups as early as we can on your booked date, but being a small company, we have to take the most economic route for that days bookings. Arrival time will be agreed in the week before your booking. If you have specific tie constraints, please call. It is to be understood that due to the nature of the 100% clear domes, the movies nights are for night time use and the projected images can only be seen when the sun is low in the sky. Domes and Dreams do not provide the movie viewing device, you must use your own HDMI enabled device with your own video streaming service due to licencing laws. We can provide a DVD player if requested but do not stock a large library of DVD's. We do not guarantee functionality of your device, only the items we provide. Prices differ for peak periods. For bookings which fall on Valentines day, mothers or fathers day, Easter week, Bank holidays or between 1st December and 10th January, Please contact us directly for a quote.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 14 days before your booked event will incur loss of deposit ( where applicable). Bookings can be moved up to 14 days prior to your booked date (subject to availability). Cancellation in the 14 days prior to your event date will result in 100% cost of the booking amount being applied.
